The Financial Earnings Statement is made available by the depository bank responsible for keeping the shares of stock in custody, updating transactions, and making dividend payments, among other related services. To access the Earnings Statement for your Income Tax Return, Itaú exclusively offers the Digital Correspondence Portal.

What is the Digital Correspondence Portal?

This is a platform whereby investors have access to their digital Earnings Statements.

Investors can now register on the platform via the website correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br/.

How to access the platform for the first time?

1. On the Web Portal, click on Primeiro Acesso (First-Time Access).
2. Enter your CPF [SSN] number and date of birth (for Individuals) or CNPJ [EIN] number and date of incorporation (Legal Entities).
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email address).
4. Enter the code received on your phone and/or via email and create your personal password.
5. You’re all set; now just enter your CPF/CNPJ [SSN/EIN] and the registered password to access your documents.
6. If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the procedures described on the Correspondence Portal by clicking on the “Forgot Password” option.
