PDG Securitizadora was founded in 2008 by the PDG Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações group and is listed as a publicly held company at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) under code 21644. The company is a securitization company of real estate credits under the terms of Law 9.514, with the following activities:

• Acquisition and securitization of residential mortgage credits and credits from real estate operations and financing;
• Providing services related to operations in the secondary market of residential mortgages and credits from operations and real estate financing that are compatible with its activities;
• Issuance and positioning, in the financial market, of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) and other credit securities and/or securities;
• Hedge operations in derivative markets, to cover risks in its portfolio of residential mortgages and real estate loans; and
• Performing business and rendering services compatible with its corporate purpose, including, but not limited to, the intermediation of business related to the real estate market and the rendering of consulting services.
