Board of Directors

Business administrator graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and holds a master's degree in business administration from Dartmouth College and an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ. Over the past 5 years, has held positions as: (i) member of the Board of Directors (2019 - 2022) and Chairman of the Fiscal Council (2012 - 2013) of Dommo Energia; (ii) Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO (2018 - 2022) of SALP - South American Lightning Partners S.A. Companhia Muller de Bebidas S.A.; and (iii) member of the Board of Directors (2019 - 2020) of Gaspetro - Petrobras Gás S.A.. Currently, he holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia Muller de Bebidas S.A. and as a Director at BiznessBrazil.

Hods a bachelor's degree in law and an MBA in Business Management. He has over 14 years of operational experience in the financial market. Additionally, he has experience in the real estate sector, focusing on project management and sales, with a track record of delivering over a thousand units.

Civil engineer graduated from the Instituto Unificado de Ensino Superior OBJETIVO (IUESO) and holds an MBA in Business Management in Real Estate Development and Civil Construction from FGV. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Luan Vinicius da Silva has held positions focusing on real estate development, including: (i) development and execution of vertical construction projects, with an emphasis on high-standard buildings and planned neighborhoods; (ii) preparation of financial and economic feasibility studies for projects; (iii) regulatory approval processes with agencies such as SANEAGO, Equatorial, and DNIT; and (iv) supervision of construction projects, including structural concrete works, urban infrastructure, and quality systems.

Board of Directors

Graduated in Accounting Sciences, with an MBA from IBMEC, a renowned Brazilian business school. His professional background encompasses diverse sectors, including retail, real estate, tourism, and industry, fostering a solid network of alliances with banking institutions, investment firms, consulting agencies, and key stakeholders in the sector. Since 2018, Maurício Tiso has played a crucial role in revolutionizing the tourism industry in Brazil through his innovative work in the fractional ownership market, combining real estate development with service revenue.

Law graduate from the Faculty of Law of Largo São Francisco (USP), with extension courses in business management by IRI (Italy) and by ESG / ADESGDF. With over 25 years of professional life in banks (in Brazil, Italy, France, and Argentina) and since 2004 works in the management of companies in Brazil.

 

Fiscal Council

Master in Administration with emphasis in Finance from FECAP, postgraduate in Financial Management from São Judas University and Graduated in Mathematics Teaching from Santo André Foundation. He is a founding partner of Control V Business Management Ltda, served as CEO of Engebras Tecnologia Ltda, as CFO at Paulista Business Com. Imp. Exp. Electrical Products Ltda, as Director of Credit and Collection and Treasury Director Holding at Atlas Copco Brasil Ltda from 2007 to 2013. Furthermore, he is licensed by Control V, by PGB-PERSONA GLOBAL BRASIL-Consultoria Empresarial Ltda., for the use of the methodology "BEST IN CLASS FAR BEYOND PERFORMANCE®" focusing on business performance optimization.

Law graduate from the Faculty of Law of the University of Cruz Alta/RS, Specialization in Tax Law from the Superior School of Advocacy - OAB/RS and Postgraduate in Law of Economics and Business from the School of Administration of Fundação Getulio Vargas/SP, worked as a tax lawyer at the Regional Tritícola Serrana de Ijuí Ltda. - COTRIJUÍ; Tax Law Manager - Regional Tritícola Serrana de Ijuí Ltda. - COTRIJUÍ, in Porto Alegre-RS. Currently, he is a partner at Pactum Business Consulting and at the Law Firm Piazzeta e Rasador, specializing in tax consulting and litigation. In parallel, from 2005 to 2012, he served as a Fiscal Counselor, on the Board of Directors and the Directorate of Clube Hípico de Santo Amaro, São Paulo.

Professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, production processes, and operations of chemical and petrochemical plants, product development, with action in a global and Latin American scope. Experience in chemical manufacturing operations, covering Production, Processes, Maintenance, Marketing and Sales, Laboratories, Packaging, Warehousing, and Purchasing. Deep knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Quality, Balanced Scorecard, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and management of performance indicators. Experience and knowledge of Quality Management, Environment covering implementation processes of ISO 9001, ISO 14.001, Responsible Care Program, and Environmental Education, as well as Safety and Health Management Programs such as Industrial Hygiene Programs and PSM - Process Safety Management, Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Experience in establishing and implementing Sustainability Programs, as well as defining Indicators and Scorecards based on the Ethos Institute and Global Reporting Initiative, to ensure the Sustainable Development of Business Enterprises. Acted with educational entities as a professor, researcher, and lecturer on related topics and member of commissions such as ABIQUIM among others. Business consultant in knowledge areas, specializing in Management and Treatment of Urban Solid Waste in Anaerobic Digestion Technologies and Thermal Technologies. International experience, with the ability to work in global teams and lead multicultural teams, with fluency in English and Spanish. Currently, he is a director of ENVIROSERVICE, as well as a researcher at the Institute of Energy and Environment at USP for the last 5 years.

MBA from the Tepper School of Business (Carnegie Mellon University), Master in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (POLI- USP), graduated in Civil Engineering and Sanitary Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Engineering. He works as Key Account Director at Procurement Garage Business Consulting, worked as Supply Chain Superintendent at Banco Itau S.A., as Logistics and Field Services Director at Cielo S.A. and as Operations Director at Fiserv Ltda.

Lawyer and Business Manager, graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Osasco and in Business Management from FATEC, Technical in Administration from Centro Paula Souza, specialist in Tax Law from IBET, with an MBA in Tax Management from the University of São Paulo and LLM in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Partner at the law firm BLM Advogados.

Law graduate from Faculdade Metropolitanas Unidas - FMU, completed the course for councilors at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance - IBGC, with over 25 years of experience in the real estate development sector, having served as legal director of several companies in the real estate sector. She participated in the IPO of Abyara Planejamento Imobiliário. She was statutory legal director of PDG Realty, Counselor of PDG Securitizadora, participated in the debt restructuring of the Company and group companies. In 2017, she participated in the preparation and approval of the Judicial Recovery Plan of 512 companies belonging to the PDG Group, as well as the continuity of the Recovery Plan, until the end of 2019.
