He specializes in studies and development of economic and financial feasibility for projects and incorporations, legalization and approval of projects with regulatory bodies (SANEAGO, Equatorial, City Hall, DNIT), conceptual development of projects (masterplan), market studies, formatting of marketing and sales plans, risk analysis, tax and corporate feasibility studies, structuring of SPEs (Special Purpose Entities) and SCPs (Unincorporated Joint Ventures). Since 2018, he has played a significant role in transforming the tourism sector in Brazil through his innovative performance in the fractional ownership market, integrating real estate development and service revenue generation.

Bachelor of Law from the Law School of Largo São Francisco (USP), with extension courses in business management from IRI (Italy) and ESG/ADESGDF. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking sector, and he worked in Brazil, Italy, France, and Argentina. He has been working in company management in Brazil since 2004.

He has experience in several projects involving commercial activities, administration of partnerships for launch of subdivisions, internal and external audits, and in the acquisition and sale of companies, with expertise across all administrative sectors. He has also developed contracts the regularization of properties through administrative or legal proceedings.

He studied Economics at CEUB, in Brasília, and Environmental Management at Centro Universitário Metodista Izabela Hendrix, in Belo Horizonte. He has experience in business development in the energy and environment sectors. He was a member of the boards of FIEMG, Energy and Environment Council, ABINEE, and of the Measurement and Automation Council. As a company director in the areas of marketing and institutional relations, he has experience in the automation sector of the electrical sector. He also works on business assessments and Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies. He worked as a consultant for foreign companies, including both American and Chinese companies, in business development within their respective countries. He has over 30 years of experience in the electrical sector, focusing on areas such as energy efficiency and electrical energy generation, as well as investment, project development, and consulting services for companies. He has expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, negotiating with stakeholders at various levels, and providing a strategic vision for stages of development, regulation, financial modeling, implementation, and management of electricity generation assets. He worked in private investment companies, on projects in the electrical sector, and at Aneel, a federal agency affiliated with the Ministry of Mines and Energy, which is responsible for regulating the electrical industry in Brazil. He was responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 300 hydroelectric generation studies and projects and leading a team of 15 analysts, external consultants, and companies contracted to approve hydroelectric inventory studies, basic design, and feasibility studies. He participated in the preparation of resolutions and normative instructions for regulating the generation of electrical energy in the country.

He has experience in the electricity sector and business management, having worked as Technical Director at SPE - Furnas/Cemig - Retiro Baixo Hydroelectric Plant, president of the Minas Gerais Housing Company (COHAB), and president of CETEC - Minas Gerais Technological Center Foundation. He was an alternate member of the Board of Directors and advisor to the Vice-Presidency of CEMIG. He coordinated quality programs in the companies where he worked and participated in working groups for union negotiations.

She contributed to the restructuring of the companies' debts in the PDG group, participating in the preparation and approval of the Court-Supervised Reorganization Plan for 512 companies that are part of the PDG Group and monitoring the plan's continuity until the end of 2019. She was a board member at PDG Realty.
